Aims

 

The aim of the Gütegemeinschaft Ernährung GmbH - Poultry Quality Union is to ensure uniform EU-wide production of poultry meat and to guarantee clear disassociation from foie gras products.

 

The establishments within the Poultry Quality Union therefore undertake to engage in production from "foie gras-free flocks".
