All production stages in the boiling and colouring process have been covered and optimum storage conditions established within a scientific survey. To date, 90 percent of all boiling and colouring establishments have signed up to the quality assurance and monitoring system. Moreover, detailed information about the producer, packer or seller, the best-before date and data related to colourings, quantity, weight, size and net price, are provided on the product packaging.
