Quality is particularly important!

The Gütegemeinschaft Ernährung GmbH has introduced quality logos for each of the quality unions, enabling consumers to identify high-quality food.

Our independent inspection bodies monitor every production and processing establishment to ensure that the relevant criteria and statutory marketing standards for coloured eggs and poultry meat are being met.

Only companies that pass the regular audits are entitled to display the logo of the relevant quality union on their packaging. The food products undergo regularly residue and freshness testing based on specially developed sampling schedules and lists of criteria.
